Randy, the South Shore towns are pretty pricy. Surprised at Deluxbury being so high, but not business base to speak of. However, the rusty South Coast towns are brutal in their rates and it is unfortunate that they tax a business which provides livelihoods in such a confiscatory manner....I guess that is why I am not a socialist..Cheers, David L.
